Vape Carts are to be tested upon delivery to ensure a smooth delivery. Vape Carts that have not been tested by the consumer may void any exchange warranties or pay a $5 re-delivery fee.. All exchanges will require a photo of the defective product whether visible or not.
Defective vapes or carts must be returned within 24 hours from time of purchase. Product must be physically defective in some way. Receive a free exchange with each separate order.  We only provide exchange or credit. No refunds. $5 re-delivery fee on voided exchange warranties.
